Away from main street, quiet plantation, excellent staff service, amazing staff courtesy, satisfying breakfast, large and cozy room.

The free WiFi here was a plus, and the breakfast was pretty good. The view of the hills was definitely worth it. The staff was really friendly and provided great service 😊.

it's lovely place for sightseeing and exploring oxapampa. appreciated views over the city. their receptionist is the best! near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and made up for a lot of the shortcomings. the location was great as we were able to easily walk to the main square and other tourist spots. the room was quite spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

The service in the breakfast area was lacking. the staff did not offer any options or ask for our preferences, and the food was sometimes overcooked.

I loved the cozy and spacious room with a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, but still peaceful and secluded. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. a pleasant stay at Hotel Heidinger in Oxapampa. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent xmas in a hotel nestled in the countryside, loved the fact that the room was cozy and had a good view. The staff were friendly overall, and it was great that the hotel was a short walk away from the main square. Breakfast was very good and filling, and included fried bananas, which were a highlight. The amazing infrastructure and view really uplifted our experience!

There were a few issues that we encountered. Unfortunately, the shower did not have warm water two out of the three days of our stay.
